Coverage

Last Date for insuring - August 1st

All townships subject to earlier cutoff.

Effective date of policy is 12 o'clock noon on the day following the application being:
         postmarked at any post office
         or faxed to our office
         or called to our answering service

In all cases, applications must be mailed in promptly.

All coverage expires on October 15th at 12 o'clock noon.

An award of 100% is paid when your loss reaches 85% or greater. (Final Award may be different for deductibles)

Includes desiccated crops.

FIRE COVERAGE: This coverage applies to insured crops during the term of the policy as applicable to each item.

CUT CROP COVERAGE: All crops in the swath are insured against shatter (shell) damage caused only by hail, until the expiry date of the policy.  All forage and other surcharged crops are excluded and coverage shall terminate on cutting.

MINIMUM COVERAGE:
         Minimum Cash Premium on any application $50
         Minimum Face Value of any Promissory Note $100
         Minimum amount of insurance per acre $10

LIABILITY LIMITS
         Township Limit     $750,000
         Limit Per Acre     $200 (applies to all crops)
